Flowbench calcs excel spreadsheet

Hi all,
There was a post on the forum by a member some time ago that attached a very good excel spreadsheet detailing calculations for manometer pressure head, effect of orifice sizes on the predicted flow through a test bench for a given restriction and more. The spreadsheet also had some good flow data included for reference to the calculations.
Sorry that description is very vague! I copied this spreadsheet for some of my own work and some of my files got deleted accidentally and therefore lost the data. I don't have record in my history of the page where i downloaded the file from the forum or who was the forum member that uploaded the original file.
If anyone could help with providing these flow bench calcs that would be much appreciated (you can PM me if that would be preferred).
