PTS Automatic Depression Control (PID) remote switch?

Post by Brucepts »

Just had a request to change the unit mounted Auto/Manual switch to a remote flowbench console switch.

I added a jack so a remote switch could be used instead of the hard-wired switch I currently use.

Think I might add this as an option or make it standard in the future, any input from those using the PID?

If you have a PID and would like to add a remote switch in-place of the unit mounted one it is very easy to do as the circuit board has a 2 pin terminal connection where the switch makes it's connection. The switch used is a SPST style.

I'll get a picture up showing this connection.

This looks good ... PTS always evolving.
Any ideas for the evolution of the DM software?
Sorry my english mistakes.

Ignore my post. It's the PID, not the DM... I get confused with the acronyms...lol
