JKM 600 Help

Hi, I bought a JKM 600 and a manual, took the back off and replaced some hoses, found a diagram on the internet for the hose routing and mine was wrong so I routed the hoses like the diagram, now i'm lost and don't know how operate the machine, the manual is not clear (at least to me) any help? I don't even know how to read the manometers.
