I would guess around 200 lbs using regular MDF
I do have one I'm working on building now made out of light weight MDF which is substantially lighter and will be my demo model for shows. Suppose to be structurally the same as regular MDF but it costs more.

When I built my flow bench Each Sheet of MDF 3/4"x 4X8 weight 98 LBS Scale I used was at the UPS
