Who Actually Builds The SF Flow Benches?

About 15 years or so ago I went to the AETC when it was held in Colorado Springs and while I was there I went on a tour of Superflow's headquarters on Tejon. I couldn't see any place there where they did any manufacturing and I was wondering who actually puts the benches together? Are they done locally?
