This is Ron Capp's big explosion at this year's Winter Nationals. I think it happened Friday February 7, 2014. This is a good video and shows how well the safety equipment is working now.

Now here is something really cool and probably in my price range ;) a kit that turns your mountain bike into a snow mobile.

Very cool, but where's the engine? Us mortal men should be good for 50 or 60 feet of pedaling thru snow!

You are mistaken Both John and I are in the more than 1X club and 60 feet of not coasting might just cause some sort of cardiac malfunction. But it does look cool.

JEG'S must have heard about us. I just got an email and they are advertising a special on 6X shirts. :lol: I know my 3X's are getting a little tight. I think they shrink the way my wife washes them. ;)
